The EU Council approved the distribution of Ukraine for 3.5 billion euros as part of the financial support program in Ukraine.
400 million euros from this amount – grant. The press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine announced this today, March 17.
Ukraine took all measures determined by the Ukrainian plan by the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, which, in turn, opened the possibility of receiving the third regular tranche on the instrument, the ministry said.
It is noted that the Ukrainian plan provided thirteen indicators by the end of December 2024 to attract the corresponding tranche.
Reformation measures cover areas such as the fight against corruption, business environment, labor market, regional policy, energy market, environmental protection, public finances and state enterprises, and the Ministry of Finance.
It is noted that a total of 16.1 billion euros have already received the state budget within the range of Ukraine.
Recall that Prime Minister Denis Schmigal in his telegram said that the Ukrainian object will be aimed at “priority and important budget expenditures”.
