President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke with the new Prime Minister Canada Mark Carney.
The conversation of Canadian and Ukrainian leaders took place on Sunday morning, March 16. Ottawa supports the proposal for immediately the ceasefire in Ukraine. The Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carny announced this on the social network KH.
This morning I spoke with the Prime Minister as an old man, President Zelensky and many of our closest allies to discuss the path of Ukraine to the world, he will say in the message.
According to him, Moscow should now stop the time and start attacks, and the Russians: “It’s time to honestly sit at the negotiating table.”
Carni added that, according to great agreements, Canada will increase control over the compliance with sanctions against the Russian Federation in order to stimulate their implementation.
The Prime Minister also emphasized that the Canadian government will now provide Ukraine with military support necessary for self -separation.
We will recall that on February 15, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a telephone conversation with France President Emmanuel Macron, during which leaders discussed coordination of efforts to achieve a fair world.
