An embarrassing mistake was made by an extremist representative. Lauren Bobert (R-Colo.) The excitement for Disney from the railroad.
In a clear response to Disney’s commitment to support the repeal of the Do Not Say Gay Act, signed by Florida Governor Ron Desantis (R) last week, a pro-conspiracy lawmaker tweeted Monday:
Next year, waking Disney lobbyists are urging Congress to continue branding Mickey Mouse.
ვფიქრობ I think not.
– representative. Lauren Bober (@RepBobert) April 4, 2022
Critics have pointed to Bobert’s lack of copyright and trademark laws. Many have laughed at his typo “Mickey Mouse”. Others suggested that the last three words were the most sincere to him.

It’s literally a song that has taught millions of us spelling. If these losers are not stupid, we will be embarrassed. https://t.co/qM7E5Rf737

It doesn’t work that way.
-Congress does not legitimize an individual brand.
-Once the United States Patent and Trademark Office registers a trademark, it can be renewed forever if renewed.
-It’s Mickey and not Mickey.
– Why do Republicans want to remove Mickey Mouse? https://t.co/4E2VAdn3DQ

Mickey, not Mickey. Copyright and not a trademark.
Moreover, this is a wonderful tweet.

I’m sure Disney is shaking their boots. He turned out to be Mikia.

1. You don’t know the difference between trademark and copyright.
2. This is the (pretty famous) MICK – *** E *** – Y mouse https://t.co/sCwkXaxg00

The last three words are absolutely true. https://t.co/hbyimBAN2w

Literally none of them work that way. https://t.co/kIyEX41kzZ

The Topolino trademark does not expire as copyright. But a fool who doesn’t know how to write a Mickey Mouse spell isn’t expected to know. https://t.co/DTreFIHuUP

If you’ve found yourself at war with Big Bird and Mickey for a few months, congratulations – you’re the villain of this story.
