Petrovsky was charged with five war crimes committed in 2014. His lawyers plan to appeal to the court’s verdict.

In Finland, fighter DSHRG Rusich Jan Petrovsky (Voislav Torden) was convicted for a living penalty for war crimes in Ukraine. Helsagin Sanomat reported it.

It was noted that Petrovsky was charged with five war crimes committed in 2014, when he fought on the side of pro-Russian militants as a deputy commander of a diversion and Shit Intelligence Group Rusich:

  • The Ukrainian military ambush – the Petrovsky unit was jailed by Ukrainian soldiers using the Ukrainian flag, after which it opened fire. More than 20 people died.

  • The implementation of the injured – after the battle, the group under the command of Petrovsky ended with the Ukrainian soldiers who survived, opposed to the rules of war.

  • Porture to prisoners – one of the injured Ukrainian soldiers was erased: the Rusich’s emblem was cut off on his face.

  • The abuse of the bodies of the dead – Petrovsky was placed on the bodies of the Ukrainian military murderer, taking them and distributing pictures on social networks.

  • Cruelty calls – to commit crimes, he made statements, in which he followed that his unit did not take prisoners and did not show mercy.

Petrovsky himself denied all the accusations, claiming that he did not hold command posts and did not participate in the battles, but only shot videos of propaganda.

Petrovsky’s lawyers plan to appeal to the court’s verdict.

As you know, Petrovsky was born in 1987 and spent his childhood in St. Petersburg. In 2004, his mother married a Norway citizen and left for Oslo. 16-year-old Petrovsky moved there. He later started to go to Russia, where he met the head of Neo -nazi DSHRG Rusich and former paratrooper Alexei Milchakov. In 2014, they went to fight Donbass on the Russian side. In September of the same year, next to the village of Schastast in the Luhansk region, the militants Rusich pushed and defeated the Battalion Aidar pillar. Milchakov, who participated in it, was openly told how he was photographed with the bodies of the Ukrainian military military, and Rusich’s warriors cut off their ears.

In 2016, Petrovsky was deported from Norway to Russia, here he changed his name and surname to Voislav Torden. In 2023, his wife received permission to study in Finland, and allowed her to the country after her, providing a residence permit. Petrovsky drove to Finland, but soon confined to Helsinki airport before flying Nice. In December 2023, the Supreme Court of Finland rejected Ukraine to conquer Petrovsky.

As reported, Russian Neo-Nazis refused to fight in Ukraine because the Russian Foreign Ministry had not achieved the release of Petrovsky.
