The court examined the requirement of relatives of 25 dead on that day, as well as three people who survived after a fire in a trade union house. Claims of several dead activists Pro -ukRanian were also attached to business.

In its conclusions, the court emphasized that Russia and its anti -Cocial propaganda played an important role in these events. The court also noted that many Odessa officials responsible for violations from Ukraine soon fled to the Russian Federation and received Russian citizenship.

At the same time, the court emphasized the insufficient actions of Ukraine to prevent tragedy. In particular, this is the passivity of the Odessa police, which did not properly respond to the attack of Anti -Maidan to professional activists.
