Explosions in Ivano-Frankivsky on March 11 were organized by Russian special services.
The 15-year-old and 17-year-old residents of the city were arranged in the regional center. The enemy gained teenagers in one of the channels of the telegram, where they agreed to the proposed work. They received instructions from Russians and money for renting an apartment near the railway station. The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police was registered on social networks.
Then they acquired the necessary ingredients and components and made explosives in the apartment. The home device, boys placed in a thermos, equipped them with metal elements to strengthen amazing power and connect detonators to them. For this, the Russians promised them to pay 1 thousand 700 dollars.
Nevertheless, Russian special services subsequently undermined their agents when they transferred explosives near the railway station. The explosion died a 17-year-old teenager, and his legs were demolished.
In addition, the explosive wave damaged two more passers -by. A 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman who was supposed to be hospitalized were injured.
After a few minutes, the device that was in a rented apartment exploded. There was a fire that was later eliminated.
Law enforcement officers have already prepared a report on suspicion of a 15-year-old person in part 5 of art. 27, part 3 of art. 258 (help and absence in the act of a terrorist act, which led to the death of a person) and part 2 of art. 263–1 (illegal production of explosives and explosive devices by preliminary conspiracy by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He is threatened with life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
The problem of qualifying the actions of two 15-year-old girls who were in the same company with persons involved in the preparation of a terrorist attack is also decided.
We will recall that on March 11, near the railway station in Ivano-Frankivsky, two explosions were heard. As a result, one person was killed, and two were injured.
