The City Court of Pechersk Kyiv limited the fifth president of Ukraine, People’s Deputy Petro -Poroshenko conditions for familiarizing themselves with the case of suspicion of betrayal of the state and promoting the activities of terrorist organizations – until April 15, 2025.

DBR completed the investigation of a criminal proceedings on the organization of a criminal scheme for the supply of coal with temporarily occupied territories and the promotion of the LNR and DNR terrorist organizations by a group of citizens of Ukraine about 1.5 billion UAH on September 2, 2022, the DBR said.
The department noted that at the same time, the file files were transferred in defense and the suspect.
The fifth president of Ukraine is suspected that, in fact, thanks to a preliminary conspiracy, a group of persons, in particular, among representatives of the highest leadership of the Russian Federation, contributed to the activities of LNR and DNR terrorist organizations, DBR noted.
Protection Poroshenko claims that the activation of the “coal business” is evidence of preparing for the elections, according to the press service of the “Solodarity of the Euro”.
The authorities are preparing for the elections and planning to eliminate the leader of the opposition Petro Poroshenko from the political process, activating the so -called “coal case,” said Ilyikov’s lawyer Ilyov Ilya Novikov.
