At the request of Russian special services for monetary reward, a 19-year-old student prepared an explosion in the regional center. According to her algorithm, the girl was supposed to take an explosive device from the named enemy and leave it near the administrative police building, and then contact the client.
As soon as the person left the parcel in the indicated place and announced the curator about the work performed, the enemy tried to activate a home -made explosive device, calling on a mobile phone, which was connected to explosives.
But thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officials, the tragedy was prevented – the enemy’s partner was detained.
She threatens her up to 10 years in prison with property confiscation.
Since the investigation was established, the girl was supposed to leave a home -made explosive device, disguised as a package next to the administrative building.
During searches at the scene, an explosive delay was removed with an inflammatory mixture and two mobile phones. One of the gadgets was planned to be used for remote detonation, the other for communication with the figure.
It was found that the enemy’s partner was in his “field of view” when he was looking for quick earnings on telegrams. She was offered money in exchange for cooperation, and after the consent, the step -sttang of the instructions came.
Currently, security investigators informed the detainee of suspicion within the 3rd part of art. 15, part 1 of art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (an unfinished attempt by a terrorist act).
