Representatives of almost all NATO countries, other than the United States, discuss the idea of Great Britain and France about creating a force that will help Ukraine and avoid a new offensive of the Russian Federation.
In Paris on Tuesday, March 11, negotiations will be held in the creation of global security forces for Ukraine, where military representatives of more than 30 countries will participate. However, the United States was not present, the AP reported that there was a reference to a French military officer.
It is noted that representatives of almost all NATO countries will participate in negotiations, except the United States.
“The United States is not invited, because European countries want to show that they can take responsibility for a significant portion of the Ukraine security system after stopping,” the official said.
Also, negotiations will be received by “Online” Ireland, Cyprus and Austria, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. The name of the Ukraine representative in these negotiations has not been announced, it has just been mentioned that it will be a military member of the country’s security and council of defense.
As the publication interlocutor said, France and Great Britain plan to create forces to help Ukraine and avoid a new Russian offensive after stopping. This may include heavy weapons and reserves that can be delivered within hours or days to support Ukraine in the event of an attack that violates a Truce.
According to the French war official, the early negotiations that will take place on Tuesday will focus on the general discussion of the project developed by France and Great Britain.
In the second part of the negotiations, participants must express their readiness to contribute to the creation of forces, especially, if possible, the removal of troops from Ukrainian territory or providing military assistance.
The official noted that the final decision on the participation of the countries in these forces would be made at the political level along with the participation of government leaders.
Remember, on March 5, Great Britain conducted a preliminary conversation with about 20 countries about the “coalition of those who wanted” to ensure peace in Ukraine.
