It is noted that the decision was made to ensure the safety of citizens. However, the ban does not apply to machines that block the movement of special vehicles.
Previously, there was no regulatory decision on this issue.
As previously announced, this gave an official order to stop the evacuation of private cars during air alarm. Finally, this problem was solved not from the voice, but in a normal way, ”wrote Tkachenko.
According to the document, the task will be valid during the period of martial law.
