In the U.S. state of Indiana, there was a hunt in the shopping center of the city of Greenwood. There, a man with a rifle opened fire at the food court, and an armed civilian killed him. This was reported by The Associated Press in connection with the state police.
As a result of the shooting, at least three people were killed and two more were injured.
According to the police chief, a man entered Greenwood Park Mall carrying a rifle and some ammo magazines and began shooting at the food court.
A 22-year-old legal with a gun at the mall shot and killed the man, who began shooting.
“The real hero of the day was the citizen who legally brought a gun to that food court and was able to stop the shooting almost as soon as he started,” police said.
Of the two people injured, there was a 12 -year -old girl. His condition is stable.
