There are no “baseless” to consider American side statements in words, “said the head of Poland government.
Information from the Poland border and American assistance hub in Jasenka confirms a message about suspension of US military assistance for Ukraine. Polish prime minister Donald Tusk said at a government meeting, RMF24 reported on Tuesday, March 4.
According to him, there is no “for no reason” to consider the American side statements only in words.
“Reports from the border, from our center to Jasenka, confirm American side statements. This, of course, puts Europe, Ukraine, Poland in a more difficult situation, but we should cope with this situation,” the prime minister said.
According to Tusk, the Poland government needs to make decisions that require complete state unity.
“Days and weeks are coming, if it is absolutely necessary to stop discussions of barren, misunderstandings about prestige, coalition disagreement,” he discussed ministers, noting that the government had to make a decision “in extraordinary mode”.
Earlier, with reference to unnamed officials from the White House and Pentagon, they reported that Donald Trump had ordered to suspend all military assistance in Ukraine until it was convinced that its leaders “showed a sincere promise to the world.”
Meanwhile, Moscow positively appreciates Trump’s decision on weapons in Ukraine. This is said by the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov spokesman. He recalled that now Americans should cancel sanctions against Russia.
