The State Border Service ensured clarifications on crossing the border by men who wear humanitarian and medical cargo.

In particular, this applies to male citizens aged 18 to 60 years, who are directed to the transportation of medical products, humanitarian aid.
According to the changes, now the departure of this category of citizens will not be registered in the Path system, since the Ministry of Community and the territory and regional military administrations will not enter information about them into the system and will not decide to go beyond Ukraine.
Currently, the passage of men aged 18 to 60 years, which are sent to transportation of humanitarian and medical products, in the presence of relevant documents that give the right to cross the border during martial law, are possible in the following categories:
- reserved for the mobilization period;
- recognized as unsuitable for military service for health reasons;
- large parents;
- men who have a child under the age of 18 and a wife under military service;
- who independently raises the child;
- people with disabilities;
- Drivers of vehicles of economic organizations licensed for the right to conduct business activities for the international transportation of goods and passengers on the road;
- Other people who fall under the above points.
The State Border Service of Ukraine asks citizens to pay attention to these changes, get acquainted with them in detail and take into account when planning the border crossing.
