The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine stopped functioning the “path” system for drivers carrying humanitarian goods.
Officials plan to create another mechanism that will allow citizens to travel abroad for humanitarian aid. Innovations in the departure of military personnel into humanitarian goods should be developed by the Ministry of Social Policy along with the Ministry of Defense. This was reported on February 28 by the Ministry of Commons and Territories.
But now drivers will not take the way to the “path” system. They will be able to go abroad only when they have other reasons for this, according to changes in government resolution No. 57.
As you know, the Path system was used to accelerate the delivery of humanitarian aid in Ukraine – there was information about the driver and the vehicle for border guards.
We will recall that on February 27, the State Border Service of Ukraine said that citizens of Ukraine of masculine from 18 to 60 years, who carry medical goods, humanitarian aid, will go across the border on the border on a common basis. Earlier, the Ministry of Development of Communities or Military Administrations could ask for such a carrier along the border.
And from March 3, the Ministry of Culture has been suspended the issuance of SPSU assistance to travel abroad and journalists.
