The government has amended the rules for crossing the state border determined by the CMU resolution No. 57 of January 27, 1995 for certain categories of citizens of Ukraine.
So now men who carry the humanitarian and medical cargo will cross the border on a common basis. This was announced today, February 27, the press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
From now on, during the legal regime of martial law, the passage through the border of Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60 years who transport medical goods, humanitarian assistance, will be performed as a whole, ”the department emphasized.
It should be noted that earlier the decision to abandon such categories of citizens was made by the Ministry of Community and territories of Ukraine or military administrations, but this rule is no longer valid.
