Garipov, while in prison, repeatedly tried to get to the conditionally -related release, but he was refused. On November 13, 2017, the City Court of the Chuziv -city territory replaced the unbearable part of Liberty’s freedom with three years 11 months.
The decision states that Garipov “17 times encouraged in communication with a polite administration, correct, relations are maintained with a positive part of the convicts, in conflict situations are not seen,” the newspaper said.
