The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine has been suspended since March 3, the release of letters for assistance for the departure of military personnel and intermediaries abroad.
The ministry noted that at the end of 2022 they initiated changes that “minimized the use of cultural diplomacy” to illegally travel abroad during martial law, but this issue remains unregulated.
The cause of the suspension was a large number of cases of non -return in Ukraine for a certain period.
This decision will last from March 3, 2025 before regulation.
On February 26, it became known that Oleg Avdish, Deputy General Director of the Carpathians, did not return to Ukraine after training in Turkey.
The LVIV club announced this in response to the request “Tribune”.
We would like to report that the delegation of the Carpathian football club was at a training meeting in Turkey from February 18 to February 14, 2025. All employees of the Carpathian Football Club (coaches, football players and employees) returned to the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of Oleg Avdish, deputy general director of external messages, answered Andriy Rusol in a letter signed by the General Director of the Carpathian.
It should be noted that the 25-year-old Afish joined the message of the Deputy General Director of LVIV Club in October 2024. He was engaged in sports consulting before work in the Carpathians.
