At that time, such a weapon was in the 79th guards, the reactive artillery brigade of the Russian Federation, the military from this unit were in the Belgorod region, from there they fired Harkiva.
We determined the identity of the commander of the military unit – a colonel who implemented a decision to attack the peaceful city of Harkiva Tornado. And also everyone who gave such an order. They were the commander of the troops of the Western Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, his deputy and the head of the group of fires and nuclear defeats of the headquarters of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, they are all now in Russia, ”writes Bolvin.
