Verkhovna Rada during her meeting today. On February 26, she voted in general for the bill No. 2368–1 for the creation of the Supreme Administrative Court, which was one of the requirements of the International Monetary Fund for Ukraine.
The deputy people Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this in his telegram.

According to the deputy people, the bill provides for the creation of two courts:
- Specialized district administrative court;
- Specialized Administrative Court of the Court of Appeal in High Specialized Courts (since the Court of Appeal considers the decisions of the court of the specialized district administrative court).
Within one month after this law, the highly qualified commission of the judges of Ukraine (CCCS) must announce the competition for the positions of judges. Competitions should take into account the functions defined by the bill with the participation of the Expert Council (within three years)
The expert council will include six people:
- Three of the Council of Judges of Ukraine;
- Three of international and foreign organizations.
The new draft law was submitted to the Council.
