European Commissioner for industrial strategy Stephen Sejurn has assured that Brussels will not require an agreement.
The EU in Ukraine has proposed its own agreement on the use of “critical materials.” It will be more profitable than the American offer. European Commissioner for industrial strategy Stefan Sejurny said, reported by American Publication Politico.
“Twenty -one of the 30 critical materials needed by Europe, can be provided to Ukraine as part of a mutual with benefit,” Sejurn said.
According to him, “the additional value proposed by Europe is that we will not ask for the conclusion of a mutual -benefit agreement.”
The details of the European Agreement are not yet known.
As reported, countries that are members of the European Union will not require Ukraine its natural resources in exchange for help. The statement on Monday, February 24, was made by European Council leader Antoniu Coshta.
Earlier, Zelensky said he was not ready to sign an agreement with the United States, as his project did not reflect partnerships, but only contained unilateral obligations from Ukraine.
