On the third anniversary of a full large -scale war, the United Kingdom imposes 107 new sanctions directly against those who continue to facilitate the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The package is aimed at the Russian chains of military supplies, income that feed Putin’s illegal war, and the kleptocrates who are profitable for the Kremlin – indicated in the message.
Under sanctions falls:
- Manufacturers and suppliers of machinery, electronics and dual use for the Russian military, including microprocessors used in weapons. They are based in a number of third countries, including Central Asia, Turkey, Thailand, India and China, which is the largest supplier of critical goods for the Russian military;
- The Minister of Defense of North Korea, but Kwan Chhol and other North Korean generals and senior officials participating in the deployment of more than 11,000 DPRK military personnel in the Russian Federation;
- An explanation of another 40 vessels of the fleet transporting Russian oil. Over the past six months, these vessels have transported Russian oil products worth more than $ 5 billion. Thus, the total number of oil tankers, which were authorized by the UK, reached 133, which is the highest indicator among European countries;
- 13 Russian companies, including Grant-Trade, its owner Marat Mustafaev and his sister Dinar Mustafaev, who used the company to ensure advanced European technologies in the Russian Federation to support war;
- For the first time, sanctions are also intended for financial institutions from other countries that support the Russian military machine. Thus, the Kyrgyz bank Kergis Kerget fell under sanctions, which helps Russia access to the international financial system to support its military efforts;
- Sanctions against 14 “new kleptocrates”, some of which are headed by strategic sectors of the Russian economy. Among them are Roman Trotsenko, one of the richest people of the Russian Federation, whose wealth is estimated at 2.2 billion pounds.
Each destroyed line of the military post, each blocked ruble, each revealed achievement of Putin’s aggression is a step towards a fair and long world, the British government emphasizes. – The long world can only be achieved by force. That is why we are focused on putting Ukraine.
