They are also trying to improve the tactical situation for the attack on Slavyansk, according to the morning report from the fronts on July 15 from the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
The Institute for the Study of War also says in a July 14 report that the Russian army is preparing for a massive offensive along the Slavyansk-Seversk-Bakhmut line.
