The electronic recipe and electronic direction will now come to Viber.
From February 20, 2025, a message from the electronic healthcare system with the confirmation code, the number of electronic recipes or electronic directions will be received in Viber, the National Health Service of Ukraine reports.
SMS messages will remain as a guaranteed delivery channel for such messages.
The next step in the delivery of messages from ESOO will be the delivery of the Push messages from the action. We will also report this.
If the patient does not have a phone?
Patients who do not have a phone can still receive information.
When registering in the electronic health system of patients who do not have a phone, with the type of authentication method of patients “in accordance with documents”, the doctor creates an electronic recipe, electronic control and prints information that duplicates the same information as in an electronic recipe or electronic direction as well as additionally confirmation code.
