The possibility of increasing military costs is considered if the United States “no longer protects Europe as part of NATO.”

French president Emmanuel Macron has supported the country’s defense costs from 2.1 to 5% of GDP. France Inter reported it.

The opportunity is considered in case the United States refuses to protect Europe in the future.

“The risk exists.

At the same time, the leader of France has not yet determined whether the “is 5% of the appropriate figure for France,” but added that “in any case it is necessary to increase”.

“There is a new time in value when you need to ask ourselves what each of us can do for the French country and the French Republic,” the President explained.

Keep in mind that Poland in 2025 will provide a budget of harvesting for $ 46 billion, up to 4.7% of the country’s GDP.

Denmark authorities also plan to increase the costs of defense of billions of dollars, to raise the defense cost level to 3% of GDP.
