According to the investigation, a 52-year-old nurse from Vinnitsia, 26-year-old unemployed Harkiv and his 20-year-old girlfriend, were involved in the preparation of a terrorist attack in Dnieper. Their Russians were recruited through a telegram.
A resident of Vinnates installed a home -made explosive device, which was previously left in Harkiva. Law enforcement officers detained her hot when a woman was preparing to activate explosives through a remote control.
The defendants from Harkiv were detained immediately after that. All attackers were informed of suspicion, they threaten 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
