Russian invaders on the night of February 19 inflicted a huge blow to Odessa.
The enemy attacked a densely populated Kyiv district, where more than 250 thousand inhabitants live. Four victims are known, including the child. All are hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. A large number of houses and social objects were left without light and warmth. Mayor Gennady Trukhanov announced a telegram.
Hostile shelling significantly damaged a kindergarten and kindergarten. Heat and power supply are absent in 14 schools, in 13 kindergartens and in a large residential area – more than 500 houses. Experts already evaluate the consequences and determine how much time is required in order to eliminate them.

The State Emergency Service said that a 24-story building was also damaged as a result of shelling. After shelling, there were fires that were already eliminated.
We will recall that on the night of February 18 in the Kirovograd region, the Russian drone hit the high -level building in the city of Dolinsk. The attack suffered three people – mom and two children.
