The government at a meeting on February 18 approved a government plan of priority actions for 2025. It was announced by Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
According to him, among the paragraphs of the plan – obligations to partners under the Ukraine facility program, under the cooperation program with the IMF, as well as within the European integration track framework.
“Responsible, marked deadlines for implementation are determined, the understandable indicators are approved by which we will review the results,” the Prime Minister is mentioned.
Cabinet’s representative at Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk said the plan consists of:

Activities aimed at solving important social problems caused by the Russian Federation’s armed invasion against Ukraine, and the implementation of which it is necessary to restore Ukraine during Martial Law and during the post -war;

The need to fulfill Ukraine’s international legal obligation that requires decision -making, in particular, in the field of European integration, including the consideration of the Ukraine development report as part of a package Expanding EU 2024, and screening reports with the results of Ukraine’s bilateral meetings – the EU within the framework the process of negotiating Ukraine’s entry into the EU, as well as in the cooperation framework;

Fulfillment of planned activities (steps) of the Ukrainian plan (European Union Facility Ukraine facility initiative);

Verkhovna Rada’s bill plan for 2025; The need to approach membership in the cooperation organization and economic development (OECD), in particular, joining the legal instruments and bodies of the OECP;

Remember that the government approved the procedure for using funds provided for the state budget for network development and maintaining public roads in 2025. This is about 12.6 billion hryvnias.
Also at the meeting today, the Ministers cabinet sent more than 1.5 billion UAH to support a safe state of secretion of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
