The special representative of the President of the United States in Ukraine Keith Kellogue emphasized that Russia should go to territorial concessions. He mentioned this in a speech at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, February 15.
Also, according to him, the Russian Federation must have declined to refuse to use its army and reduce the number of staff of its troops.
In addition, Kelllog explained that it is important to prevent the Russian union in Iran, DPRK, China from developing.
“Putin must provide Ukrainian territories to end an agreement and not just the territory: it is possible to reduce the army and not create an alliance with China, DPRK and Iran,” said Trump’s special representative.
In the past, Kellogue said he would work hard to attract all parties to negotiations for 180 days.
In this regard, Vladimir Zelensky called the creation of European armed forces. In his opinion, Europe should be self -sufficient and its military power in Ukraine is united.
