Russian invaders are not going to introduce “reforms”, designed in some way to help the local population survive in the occupation. Nevertheless, the rashists have already invented a new mechanism for monitoring temporarily occupied territories.
Now the so -called “administrative positions” in the administrations of the occupation will begin to appoint persons from the military occupation army. This was reported to the web site of the National Center for Resistance.
This means that for the management of settlements to participate in “Economic Assemings” and other events will now be incompetent security officers, including a small number of people with the criminal past and other “cream” of Russian society, the report said.
CNS emphasizes – although the invaders officially represent it as a “personnel competition”, which should “celebrate the merits of the defenders”, the reality is actually different:
The invaders cannot find civilian personnel among local residents who are ready to work in their occupation structures. Due to the fact that they are trying to integrate the invaders from the number of years in order to increase their status and try to justify their crimes, which they committed against the local population and Ukraine as a whole.
It is expected that such actions of the invaders will lead to an increase in repressive measures, plunders and new corruption schemes.
However, the former mercenaries were not controlled by invaders, however, they had experience intimidating, torture and uncontrolled violence. Therefore, they will use their new “powers” in their own interests, including their own enrichment, ”the central nervous system emphasized.
