There is a decision to reduce prices of drugs by 30%, at least the top 100 medical devices from March 1st.
Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council at a meeting on Wednesday, February 12, decided on drug prices to reduce their costs. This was announced by President Vladimir Zelensky in handling at night.
“There is a way to reduce the price of 100 medical remedies by 30% from March 1 – for the most important medicine for our people,” said the head of the state.
The President noted that the government should provide the company with all the details.
“The changes should be seen and positive for millions of Ukrainians. This is the personal responsibility of the officials and in particular – the health minister,” Zelensky said.
Remember, on February 5, Zelensky criticized the situation in the drug market and then announced a National Security and Defense Council meeting in the medical market situation.
