On the example of the problem that is intended to solve new rules, Saranetev referred to a situation when a lawyer with a telephone in his hands tries to enter the territory of a military facility without permission, which is also a shopping center receiving photographs and videos.
This is a violation … and what should be done at the same time, which controls access? If he misses a person, from the war, this is a violation. If he begins to tear the phone out of the hands of a lawyer, then this will be a violation of the CCC. That is why this is a share, ”Saranetev emphasized.
And in order to prevent such incidents, we will appoint rules that must understand both parties, and, most importantly, they must follow them. That we have no complaints about lawyers, physical violence, etc., ”he added.
According to him, the rules are planned in February, they will be mandatory for everyone. SarantSev emphasized that these rules will lead to the entire military shopping center in order to continue to prevent human rights violations, and not violate society. He noted that this is one of those sensitive moments that the enemy presses and uses it as much as possible.
Unfortunately, yes, negativity occurs in some places from CCC. But this does not go unnoticed and does not remain without punishment. Investigations are carried out, relevant conclusions are made. But what does the enemy do? He simply scalates these problems and pushing, ”SaratSev emphasized.
He also added that the terms “bell” and “Lyudols” should disappear from the daily dictionary of Ukrainians, this is an element of the Russian IPSO.
