In Ukraine, electricity consumption was a growth trend, and emergency shutdowns were used in several areas.

The UKrenergo press service announced this today, February 4.

Electricity consumption shows growth trend. Today, February 4, as of 7.30, its level was 2.8% higher than on the previous day – on Monday, the company said.

It is noted that yesterday, February 3, daily maximum consumption was registered in the morning. It was 2% higher than the maximum of the previous business day – on Friday, January 31.

The reason for the growth of consumption in Ukrenergo is called a decrease in air temperature throughout Ukraine.

As a result of the damage caused by hostile attacks of the rocket-ool, the objects of generation and electricity transmission, today in Kharkiva, Sumi, Donetsk, Poltava, Zaporichiya, Kirovokhrad, Dnipropasi (partially) and Chekashi (partially) the Icrergo regions were used.

Ukrainians are strongly recommended to consume electricity today very economically from 7.00 to 22.00.

If possible, do not use powerful devices during this period and do not turn on several such devices at the same time, ”the company emphasizes.
