US president Donald Trump on February 3 signed an official command to the appointment of a retired lieutenant Kit Kellogg of a special messenger in Ukraine and Russia. It was reported by the Voice of America Ekaterina Lysunova’s Voice of America from the White House.
Trump also noted that the United States has “achieved significant advances in establishing relationships between Russia and Ukraine.”
