SBU opened a criminal case of a leak, presumably, the head of the Gur Kirill Budanov about the threat of Ukraine.
They say that the case was initiated after the disclosure of the Secretary of State by people who were entrusted with the secret during the closed meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.
This was reported on January 31.
The corresponding trial, opened on January 28, applies to persons who were directly entrusted with this information during the closure, with a secret brand, a meeting of the Verkhovna of the Rada of Ukraine.
The preliminary investigation continues and is carried out in accordance with part of the second art. 328 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the special service says.
The GUR quickly denied the information that the head of the intelligence of Budanov allegedly informed the deputies about the threat of Ukraine without negotiations.

“Ukrainian Pravda” wrote that during the closed meeting of deputies and representatives of defense forces, Budanov allegedly proposed a threat to the existence of Ukraine if “serious negotiations” are not held in the summer.
Meanwhile, deputy Goncharenko said that there was no phrases about the existence of the country, and the head of Gur actually said: “If there is nothing to change, the front can be poured, and there will be problems.”
