An official at the scene said North Carolina Highway Patrol Police released another video from the Madison Coatorn (RNC) parliament stop without him having a driver’s license and in a hurry.
At the bus stop, Cottorn said the car was his, and then he was surprised when an agent told him the car was in his father’s name.
“It looks like it was registered, I believe, for your father,” the officer said after the inspection.
