America is called the threat of 46% of Denmark residents, while North Korea or Iran – 44% and 40%, respectively.
Nearly half of the Danes are considering the United States a major threat to their country in the middle of how American President Donald Trump announced claims in Greenland. This has been proven by Data of the YouGov survey, reports The Guardian.
The survey showed that 46% of respondents considered the United States a “huge threat” or “relatively major threat” for Denmark. At the same time, those considered North Korea or Iran – 44% and 40%, respectively.
The threat from Russia remains higher: 86% of respondents said they considered Moscow a threat.
Of the respondents, 78% said they were opposed to the sale of the United States Greenland, but 72% said the final decision should be for Greenland, and not for Denmark.
The survey was conducted from January 15 to 22, more than one thousand Denmark residents took part in it.
Remember that State Secretary Marco Rubio confirmed the seriousness of US President Donald Trump’s intent about the purchase of Greenland, without the coercion of power.
