The launch was watched by North Korean leader Kim Jong in. He was accompanied by a member of the Central Military Committee of the TPK Kim Chon Sok and the head of the main directorate of rocket engineering Chan Chkhan Kha.
“We will continue to be responsible for the protection of permanent earth and stability,” the DPRK leader said.
