Russia’s military losses in the war with Ukraine have already exceeded 818 thousand soldiers and officers.
On Saturday, January 18, 1,580 enemy troops were destroyed at the front. Also, the Ukrainian Defense Forces burned eight tanks, 18 armored cars, 15 artillery systems, 76 units of automobile and special equipment. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook on January 19.
The enemy’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022 to February 19, 2025 were approximately:
- personnel – about 818 thousand 740 (+1 thousand 580) people,
- tanks – 9 thousand 811 (+8) units,
- armored combat vehicles – 20 thousand 412 (+18) units,
- artillery systems – 22 thousand 55 (+15) units,
- MLRS – 1 thousand 262 (+0) units,
- air defense systems – 1 thousand 46 (+0) units,
- aircraft – 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters – 331 (+0) units,
- UAV of operational-tactical level – 22 thousand 615 (+36),
- cruise missiles – 3 thousand 51 (+2),
- ships/boats – 28 (+0) units,
- submarines – 1 (+0) units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 34 thousand 401 (+76) units,
- special equipment – 3 thousand 700 (+1).
Let us remind you that in the Sumy direction, fighters of the joint assault brigade “Steel Border” dealt a powerful blow to the column of invaders. During the battle, an infantry fighting vehicle and an ATV were completely destroyed, and at least four invaders were eliminated.
