“Establish that citizens of Ukraine, the‘ Donetsk People’s Republic ’or the‘ Luhansk People’s Republic ’and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the‘ DNR ’or‘ LNR ’or Ukraine … have the right to apply for citizenship Russian Federation in a simplified manner, “says the text of the document.
In addition, now that there is an application for entry into the citizenship of the Russian Federation in a simplified way, these citizens can also apply if they have a migration card.
Putin’s order began from the day it was signed.
Recall that at the end of May, Putin signed a decree on the simplified acquisition of Russian citizenship for residents of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Ukraine, which are now temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
Also in May, Putin ordered a simplified procedure for granting Russian citizenship to Ukrainian orphans and incompetent people.
