On Thursday, January 16, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces missile forces, in cooperation with other parts of the Defense Forces, carried out strikes on military targets in the Belgorod region as part of long-range fire strikes.
In particular, the positions of the anti-aircraft missile division of the 568th anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Russian Army were attacked. The cessation of operation of the 92N6 radar station of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system was recorded, indicating the successful defeat of the target.
The defenders also worked successfully in the positions of the radar company of the radio-technical battalion of the 336th radio-technical regiment of the Russian Federation.
“Damage to this unit’s equipment has been confirmed,” the General Staff said.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed two Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems in the Kherson region. The Osa anti-aircraft missile system was also hit.
