The Ukrainian state is ready to provide compatriots abroad with work at defense enterprises with protection from potential mobilization.
Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Alexey Chernyshev stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty.
The minister clarified that for the citizens of Ukraine themselves, “this is an exclusively personal decision, and we welcome this decision.”
According to Chernyshov, today in Ukraine some industries “need specialists in the air” – this is, in particular, the defense and military-industrial industries:
We have a shortage of professionals, we have a shortage of specialists, and Ukraine is ready to reserve most of them from military service.
He noted that to solve this problem, it is planned to deploy centers that will help in finding vacancies in Ukraine and the host country of Ukrainians.
These vacancy centers will be able to provide services and encourage people to choose one or another professional path in Ukraine,” he said.
I am sure that Ukrainian men strive for this, they want to bring benefit, if he is not ready to continue his path in the military direction, he can offer himself as a specialist – and for this there is a certain mechanism, you just need to use it,” Chernyshev added.
At the same time, Chernyshev confirmed that “men mainly have to defend Ukraine at this moment.”
