This was stated by Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov in an interview with the British newspaper The Times.
According to Reznikov, Zelensky ordered the Ukrainian military to retake the occupied coastal areas, which are vital to the country’s economy.

In another interview, the minister said that the high-precision and long-range American HIMARS missile systems “have changed the rules of the game”, but “the war is overcast” and Ukraine needs more weapons and urgently.
