Russian invaders attack Ukraine with drones and missiles almost every day.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced this today, Sunday, January 5, in his Telegram channel.
According to Zelensky, during this week Russia as a whole applied:
- over 630 attack drones;
- about 740 guided bombs;
- almost 50 missiles of different types.
These are more than 50,000 sanctioned components from all over the world, Zelensky emphasized.
He noted that during that night alone, Ukraine was attacked by 103 suicide bombers, which included 8,755 foreign-made components.
Sanctions pressure on the supply of foreign components is not enough. Russia continues to receive the components and means of production it needs from almost all over the world and use them in the weapons with which it terrorizes Ukraine, Zelensky notes.
