Marine drones “Magura V5” of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region destroyed two Russian helicopters.
Previously, it was known about one destroyed enemy helicopter. A successful operation on December 31 was carried out by special forces from the Group 13 unit in the Black Sea near Crimea. Surface drones equipped with missiles shot down two Mi-8 helicopters. Previously, the crews of the aircraft were also destroyed. The Main Intelligence Directorate announced this on January 2 on Telegram.
The third Russian helicopter was hit and managed to land after being shot down.
Let us recall that on December 31, Ukrainian intelligence officers announced the destruction of a Russian Mi-8 helicopter. For the first time in the world, the operation was carried out using the Magura V5 maritime attack drone.
The Main Intelligence Directorate said that international experts recognized the latest strike platform Magura V5 as the most effective drone in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
