The arsonists, following the instructions of the Russian special services, were detained by law enforcement officers.
The SBU and the National Police neutralized two more groups of arsonists who, on orders from the FSB, operated in the Kiev region and Volyn. The attackers set fire to vehicles of the Defense Forces and relay cabinets of Ukrzaliznytsia. In particular, in the Kyiv region, a 22-year-old military contractor worked for the enemy, who also recruited two of his unemployed acquaintances. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
These traitors set fire to two relay cabinets on the railway lines that regulate the movement of trains through the Kiev region.
Two more enemy agents were neutralized in Volyn. The attackers were detained after they set fire to an official vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was undergoing maintenance in the region after performing combat missions at the front. The detainees were an 18-year-old student at a local vocational school and his 15-year-old accomplice.
The arsonists have already been informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28, part 2 art. 113 (sabotage committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons under martial law), Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period) and Part 2 of Art. 194 (intentional destruction or damage to property by arson) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They face up to 10 years in prison.
Let us remind you that Russian agents planned to commit large-scale sabotage at Ukrzaliznytsia facilities. The Russian intelligence services ordered them to carry out a series of explosions of railway tracks through which weapons and equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are delivered to the front.
