The United States is increasing its military aid to Ukraine. President Vladimir Zelensky said this in a video message on Thursday, December 26.
“Today there was a report by Commander-in-Chief Syrsky, Defense Minister Umerov. Front. Supply. It is very important that the United States is now increasing supplies. This is necessary to level out the situation. I am grateful to our partners,” Zelensky said.
He emphasized that the speed of delivery “should be slowing down the pace of Russian attacks.”
“We need a greater force of arms And a strong position for diplomacy And every unit, every brigade that provides it is closer to the possibility of a normal world,” said the head of state.
Zelensky also said that Ukraine already has the necessary results in destroying the enemy’s military infrastructure.
“I would like to note today all our soldiers who are conducting long-term strikes on the territory of Russia, And we have the right, necessary results in destroying the enemy’s military infrastructure, and only this: Ukraine defends itself from on the invasion, and. our strikes are focused only on military goals,” – said Zelensky.
The head of state also thanked the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate, foreign intelligence, and all involved structures “for accuracy.”
In addition, the president expressed gratitude to the 95th, 80th, 82nd separate air assault brigades, the 68th separate Jaeger brigades, the 225th and 425th separate assault battalion – for their steadfastness and bravery in battle.
