Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation reported suspicion to the director of an enterprise from Krivoy Rog, which in 2023 supplied one of the military units with 20 thousand low-quality sleeping bags. The SBI press service reported this on Thursday, December 26.
It was noted that their cost was 30 million hryvnias, but the analysis established that the goods did not meet the technical requirements, which did not allow them to be used for their intended purpose.
In particular, according to the analysis, the fabric composition does not meet the stated requirements;

The military unit filed a claim in court for compensation with penalties in the amount of 6 million hryvnias and replacement of sleeping bags with high-quality bags, which was satisfied in full.
The investigation is ongoing. The circumstances of the possible involvement of military unit officers in a criminal offense are being investigated.
