Russia’s military losses in the war with Ukraine exceeded 780 thousand soldiers – General Staff

    The aggressor country, Russia, has already lost more than 780 thousand occupiers in the war with Ukraine.

    During the day, 1,520 enemy soldiers and officers were eliminated. Also destroyed were two tanks, 10 armored cars, 24 artillery systems, one air defense system, and 63 vehicles. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on December 26.

    The enemy’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022 to December 26, 2024 were approximately:

    • personnel – about 780 thousand 860 (+1 thousand 540) people,
    • tanks – 9 thousand 630 (+2) units,
    • armored combat vehicles – 19 thousand 933 (+10) units,
    • artillery systems – 21 thousand 357 (+24) units,
    • MLRS – 1 thousand 256 (+0) units,
    • air defense systems – 1 thousand 31 (+1) units,
    • aircraft – 369 (+0) units,
    • helicopters – 329 (+0) units,
    • UAV of operational-tactical level – 20 thousand 971 (+63),
    • cruise missiles – 3 thousand 3 (+55),
    • ships/boats – 28 (+0) units,
    • submarines – 1 (+0) units,
    • automotive equipment and tank trucks – 32 thousand 180 (+63) units,
    • special equipment – 3 thousand 667 (+0).

    Let us remind you that Ukrainian border guards stopped the Russian assault on motorcycles in the Seversky direction. During the battle, eight Russians were turned into “cargo 200”, and several of their motorcycles were destroyed.
