The Maroon Berets were able to capture 11 invaders. And the Ukrainian defenders were able to do this without firing a shot. The operation was carried out by soldiers of the 77th Separate Airmobile Dnieper Brigade together with related units. The air assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook on December 24.
The capture of enemy soldiers happened in one go and without any firing. After the invaders were surrounded, the frightened Russians threw away their weapons and surrendered.
