A Russian decoy drone was found in the Kyiv region – an enemy UAV stuck in a tree.
In one of the settlements of the Kyiv region, pyrotechnicians of the mobile rescue center of the State Emergency Service discovered a decoy drone released by the Russians. An enemy drone is stuck in a tree. In order to remove the UAV, a crane was needed. The State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.
Sappers seized the decoy drone. They said it did not have a combat unit and therefore did not pose a threat to residents.
However, the State Emergency Service still urged citizens not to approach such things.
Do not approach suspicious objects, even if they seem harmless! Noticed anything suspicious? Call 101, rescuers warned.
Let us recall that on the night of December 21, the Russians launched 113 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and drones of other types in the directions of Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsky and Berdyansk. Air defense operated in 11 regions and managed to shoot down 57 drones.
